Résumé This Governmental Decree validates validating the Regulation on Department of Rational Nature Management stating the basic tasks thereof as follows: (a) implementation of state policy in the sphere of protection, reproduction and rational management of wild fauna, wild flora, and conservation of natural habitats thereof; (b) organization and performance of scientific research; (c) organization of hunting, fishing and tourism; (d) setting up functioning system of protection and conservation of wild fauna and wild flora resources; and (e) broadening awareness of and information on the state of wild fauna and wild flora resources.
