Résumé

This Governmental Decree establishes the procedure for the disposal of the withdrawn from circulation substandard, expired, and counterfeit feed and feed additives. The owner removes from circulation poor quality and falsified and expired feedstuffs and feed additives in the following cases: (a) falsification of feedstuffs and feed additives; (b) recognition of feedstuffs and feed additives based on laboratory results (tests) as of poor quality; (c) expiration of their shelf life. Feed and feed additives with expired shelf life shall be removed from circulation before the expiry date indicated on the package, which allows to use them for their intended purpose. Removed substandard and falsified feedstuffs and feed additives, as well as expired ones, are subject to laboratory tests in accordance with the safety requirements set out in veterinary and sanitary rules and regulations. Laboratory research (tests) of the withdrawn from circulation low-quality and falsified feedstuffs and feed additives, as well as expired ones shall be performed on contractual basis with a view of check of compliance with the requirements of technical regulations. Choice of the method of disposal of obsolete and substandard, falsified and expired feedstuffs and feed additives, shall be performed by their owner on the basis of the protocol of laboratory research (tests).
