Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force the day after the date of its official publication.
Résumé

This Governmental Decree regulates the procedure of issuance of certificate of the country of origin (local and foreign). The issuance of certificate shall be accompanied by the procedure of performance of expertise. Certificate for commodities subject to export to CIS member-states shall be issued in the Russian language, while export certificates to other state shall be issued in the English language. The period of validity certificate of origin of commodities shall be 12 months from the date of issuance. Expertise to determine the origin of commodities in the Republic of Armenia shall not be applicable in the following cases: (a) for commodities fully produced in the Republic of Armenia; and (b) for the manufacturing of commodities destined for export that have received a certificate once, if used raw materials and (or) production processes remain unchanged. The aforesaid procedure shall be applicable to agricultural commodities produced in the Republic of Armenia, including fruits, citrus fruit crops, edible nuts and melons. Annexes contain the forms of applications and declarations of the country of origin of commodities.
