Résumé

Methodology for the submission of notice of sale of ethyl alcohol establishes the procedure for submittal of notices of sale of ethyl alcohol by licensees in the field of production, storage and trade of ethyl alcohol to economic agents licensed for activities different from the production of alcoholic beverages. Licensees apply this Methodology in case of request by an economic agent interested in purchasing ethyl alcohol, for use for the purposes other than the production of alcoholic beverages. The offer to purchase ethyl alcohol must contain the name of the economic agent, his registration number (IDNO), quality and quantity ethyl alcohol requested and the purpose of its use. The economic agent concerned is responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the data declared under personal responsibility in an offer to buy. Purchase and sale of ethyl alcohol is based on the contract, concluded between the licensee and the interested economic agent.
