Résumé: This Resolution, composed of 3 articles and one Annex, approves the Restructuring plan for the National Institute for Rural and Forest Engineering (INERF). It establishes a special Commission in charge for supporting the restructuring of the Institute. The Annex contains the draft of the restructuring plan, ruling on the composition, management, competences and powers.
