The Regulation concerns: profit sharing funds, as transfers to Regions allocated on the basis of a percentage of certain income in the State revenue and expenditure budget; oil palm plantation profit sharing fund, based on the percentage of income from export duties and export levies on palm oil, crude palm oil and/or their derivative products; distribution of revenues through the provinces; determination of underpayment and compensation; preparation of a report on the use of the oil palm plantation profit sharing fund; use of the profit sharing fund in order to improve infrastructural investment, and to support economic growth and public services; Ministerial power to impose sanctions for allocation of the fund not in accordance with the legislation.
