Résumé This Government Ordinance, which is composed of eight articles and one Annex, applies to marine shipping, including marine fishing vessels. The purpose of this Ordinance is to prevent the release of ship-generated waste and cargo residues into the sea and to improve accessibility and usage of port reception facilities for ship-generated waste and cargo residues, and therefore to strenghten the protection of the marine environment.
