Résumé

The Government Ordinance, which is composed of 25 articles and five Annexes, sets out provisions concerning: families and groups of fodder plant which must be registered and the seed of which must fulfill the conditions and requirements established by the Act on varieties and seeds for the production and marketing; quality requirements applicable to fodder plant seed; requirements for the production of fodder plant seed; marketing conditions for fodder plant seed; conditions of control of imported fodder plant seed; details on packaging and labelling of fodder plant seed; way and scope of control of the quality of fodder plant seed placed on the market.
