Résumé The present Government Decree applies to the primary production of foodstuffs and related activities. It does not apply to primary production of plants and fungi. The decree contains rules on technical and functional requirements for primary production sites, requirements for primary products and their handling, quality requirements for water used in primary production, self-monitoring and keeping of records of primary producers, information to be provided on primary products delivered from a primary production site, transport of primary products from a primary production site, and killing at the primary production site.
