Résumé The present Government Decree applies to food premises, which in accordance with Section 13(2) of the Food Act, do not need an approval. It contains provisions on technical and functional requirement for facilities, temperature requirements for foodstuffs of animal origin and for their handling as well as labeling and documentation, hygiene requirements to be imposed on the staff of facilities, and food business operators' self-monitoring and record keeping.
