First entry into force on 4 July 2008. The consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 1 April 2015.

Résumé

This Decree establishes the preparation, review, endorsement of the expropriation plan, and on certain issues related to the payment of the expropriation difference. Surveying work related to the preparation of an expropriation plan may be performed only on the basis of a written request for expropriation and by a land surveyor pursuant to the provisions of the legislation on surveying and mapping. In the case of expropriation resulting in a change in the contents of the state property registration map database, the elements of the expropriation plan are the following: (a) an expropriation change sketch and its associated land statement; (b) if the expropriation target involves more than one property, the expropriation preview map, and (c) in the case of a property subject to expropriation, a document containing specific information.
