Résumé

This Procedure establishes the modalities for withdrawal, disposal and recycling of raw food materials and products that do not meet food quality, food safety and sanitary and hygienic requirements. Disposal shall be intended to exclude food raw materials and products of unknown origin from the consumption of humans, livestock, and animals that are found to be dangerous to human life and health according to the results of tests by an accredited laboratory. When withdrawing food raw materials and products, the food business operator shall undertake the following responsibilities: (a) approves the internal procedures and instructions for withdrawing food raw materials and products from the food chain, and appoint and employ employees and officials responsible for withdrawal activities; (b) organizes the withdrawal of non-compliant food raw materials and products from the next stage of the food chain within 24 hours, and keeps the "Form for recording and reporting the activity of withdrawal of food raw materials and products" specified in the appendix of this regulation; (c) the withdrawn food raw materials and products shall be registered according to the form specified in the appendix of this regulation, the date, month, day and time of withdrawal shall be noted, address and mark shall be placed, sealed separately from other products and kept until the decision of the control body; (d) the results of the withdrawal of food raw materials and products shall be reported to the control organization, consumers, and the operators of the next stage of the food chain who received the food raw materials and products; and (e) the information includes the reasons for the withdrawal of the food raw materials and products, measures taken during the withdrawal, results, warnings, and other measures to be taken in the future.
