The present Regulation applies to all geophysical exploration for petroleum and natural gas in British Columbia. Section 3 establishes that an application for approval to undertake a project must be made in the form required by the commission. If an operator proposes to alter the geophysical exploration from that described in the original application, the operator must submit a revised application to the commission.
