Résumé

This Ordinance applies to foodstuffs containing organisms being the result of genetic engineering. The Ordinance contains at the outset a definition of such organisms. All foodstuffs containing the said organisms must be labelled accordingly. Article 2 lists the items to be indicated on the labels. Moreover, labels have to be fixed so that they can be seen clearly. The Ordinance consists of 7 articles.
