The text consists of 42 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Genetic engineering works in special facilities (II); Releasing and placing on the market (III); Common provisions (IV); Provisions concerning liability (V); Penalties (VI); Transitional and final provisions (VII).
