At the outset the Regulation contains a definition clause relating to terms therein employed, such as, for example ,”dam reconstruction”, “development corporation”, “exclusive right-of-way”, “fish and wildlife habitat management”, “generation facility”, “renewable energy generation facility”, “renewable energy testing project”. Section 2 lists the requirements which an environmental assessment submitted to the Minister shall contain., for example, a brief summary of the environmental assessment, a list of studies and reports which are under the control of the proponent and which were done in connection with the undertaking or matters related to the undertaking.
