For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 31 October 2016. Résumé This Regulation consists of 63 sections divided into 3 Parts. Part 1 is dedicated to licensing. Nine categories of licences are regulated: sportfishing, sturgeon fishing, commercial fishing, fish culture, fish establishment, fish research, fish stocking, salvage fishing and domestic fishing. Part 2 addresses issues related to fish handling and quality. It contains provisions, among others, on fish health, sanitary standards, fish sale and conservation, the use of gill nets and illegal fishing.
