Résumé The present Ordinance implements the Law on hunting and protection of wild mammals and birds. The Canton is divided in hunting grounds as laid down in Annex 1. The competent authority issue an appropriate form valid for the whole canton, to be duly filled within 30 days upon receipt. The auction of hunting grounds has to be published in the local Gazette. If there is no offer for an auction, a second auction can be ordered.
