Résumé

The present Act lays down provisions relating to gas utilities. For the purpose of this Act "gas utility" means a person that owns or operates in British Columbia equipment or facilities for the production, generation, storage, transmission, sale, delivery or furnishing of gas for the production of light, heat, cold or power to or for the public or a corporation for compensation. The text consists of 9 Sections of which the most important ones are: Authority and power of gas utilities (2); Matters under former Act (3); Contractual rights preserved (4); Right to expropriate land (6); Power to enter and to use land in certain cases (7); Offence (8); Power to make regulations (9).
