The extension applies only if the holder of the licence held a restricted game hunting licence in force at any time between 6 April 2020 and 6 May 2020, during which time permission to hunt game animals in State forests was not given because of the COVID-19 pandemic. This Regulation also allows game hunting licences to be granted for any period up to a maximum of 5 years, rather than only for specified periods of 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 years, and makes a consequential amendment to the fees payable in respect of game hunting licence applications Texte intégral Anglais Site web www.legislation.nsw.gov.au Références - Législation Implemente Game and Feral Animal Control Act 2002.
