Article 4 lists the fresh/chilled fish the importation of which is prohibited, namely (i) some small fish (listed in detail), all types of shellfish from areas affected by the occurrence of red water; (ii) fish caught using explosives, chemicals, poisons; (iii) all species of sharks.
