Pays/Territoire Brunéi Darussalam Type du document Règlement Date Source FAO, FAOLEX Sujet Pêche Mot clé Santé des animaux Animaux aquatiques Crustacés Produits de la pêche Poissons d'eau douce Commerce/industrie/sociétés Inspection Commerce international Poissons marins Traitement post-récolte Transformation/manutention Aire géographique Asie, Asie et Pacifique, Asie du Sud-Est Résumé This Regulation, consisting of 12 articles, provides for the rules to be met to import both fresh or chilled crustaceans, in particular, it establishes that (i) importers must be registered with the Fisheries Department of the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism; (ii) they must have a valid fresh/chilled crustaceans import license; (iii) imported crustaceans species must be included in the ones listed in the approved fish import license application; (iv) they must comply with the crustaceans disease control measures; (v) imported fresh/chilled crustaceans originating from farm sources must be from authorized suppliers and must have a Health Certificate issued by the Competent Authority of the exporting country; (vi) they must ensure that all consignments meet the handling and packaging conditions; (vii) importers must allow the Department of Fisheries to obtain samples of imported fresh/chilled crustaceans and must provide information on each importation for storage record purposes.
