This Act covers the following matters: right of access to records; information about public institution; request for access to records, fees and procedures for granting or refusing application and related responsibilities of the institutions in case of refusal; keeping of records; destruction or falsification of records and related criminal offence; special exemptions concerning defined topics, including public health, protection of environment; severability of information; denial to disclose records and limitations; judicial review; access to information by the Court and related procedures; protection of public officers; documents under classification; complimentary procedures and interpretation of relevant terms.
