It outlines the use of land as permitted under section 13(2)(f) of the Act. Namely: (a) the construction and use of one single family dwelling; (b) botanical forest products harvesting and use; (c) research and educational uses; (d) a portable sawmill; and finally (e) a use or occupation under a Crown grant of an interest in coal or a mineral. Section 3 deals with local government comments and recommendations. Section 4 outlines interest rates, and Section 5 contains provisions on recapture charge and rates. Appeal fees are to be found in section 6, and application procedures in section 7. Section 8 outlines requirements for a hearing, with respect to any applications made to the commission.
