The competent forest services have to assess the rights and duties of forests owners as well as of visitors. The enclosure of a forest is admissible if it is appropriate, adequate and necessary to prevent dangers for forest owners and forest visitors. The enclosure of forests shall apply to certain forest areas and certain kinds of access. The enclosure of a forest is effected either on application or by the competent authorities on their own initiative. Article 3 establishes that the enclosure of forests has to be adequately marked.
