Résumé

This Order further amends the Order declaring Scotland to be a controlled area and the two Orders declaring certain areas in Scotland as infected areas for the purpose of combating the Foot-and-Mouth outbreak. The movement of carcases (other than carcases slaughtered for human consumption or a suspect BSE or scrapie carcase destined for disposal) from premises other than slaughterhouses or knacker's yards is prohibited, except under a licence issued by the Scottish Ministers.
