Résumé

Commission Decision 2001/304/EC and Commission Decision 2001/345/EC permit dual health marking of meat, minced meat, meat preparations and meat products for a transitional period. For meat, these Decisions are implemented in England by the Foot-And-Mouth Disease (Marking of Meat and Meat Products) Regulations 2001 (S.I. 2001/1512) which amend the Fresh Meat (Hygiene and Inspection) Regulations 1995 (S.I. 1995/539). For meat products, they are implemented in England by the Foot-And-Mouth Disease (Marking of Meat and Meat Products) Regulations 2001 which amend the Meat Products (Hygiene) Regulations 1994 (S.I. 1994/3082). For minced meat and meat preparations, the Decisions are implemented in England by the Foot-And-Mouth Disease (Marking of Meat, Minced Meat and Meat Preparations) Regulations 2001 (S.I. 2001/1739) which amend the Minced Meat and Meat Preparations (Hygiene) Regulations 1995 (S.I. 1995/3205).
