In particular, the State and local governments shall establish and implement measures necessary for the promotion of the food service industry and take financial measures necessary for the promotion of such measures. Furthermore, the Minister of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs may promote research and development projects for production and management technologies of food service products concerning the food service industry.
