Résumé The present Regulations are enacted under section 105 of the Health Protection Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to granting of licences to food establishments. Section 3 rules that the Regulations apply to all food establishment except for those listed therein. The text – consisting of 52 section deals with the following aspects: food establishment permits and inspections, class of permits, application for permit, renewal of permit, non-issuance of permits, suspension or revocation, appeal to Minister about food establishment permit decision, appeal penal, inspection services.
