The Regulations are made having regard in particular to Article 36(3)(d) of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the provision of food information to consumers (“FIC”) which were implemented by the Food Information Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014.
