Physical persons in possession of fishing permit shall be authorized to carry out fishing. In places subject to licensed fishing the aforesaid persons must be also in possession of fishing licence. Persons under 16 years of age, over 65 years of age and invalids shall be authorized to carry out fishing free of charge. In private lakes the right of fishing pertains to the owner of such waterbodies. A fisherman is authorized to use un to two fishing rods or spinning rods with up to three hooks for each one of them. This Fisheries Regulation sets amount of total allowable catch and the minimum dimension of fishes and crustaceans.
