The core functions and fishery law enforcement core responsibilities are listed in Parts E and F of this Order. The Order further provides for support to operators, standard guidelines/rules for engagement on law enforcement and capacity building programs to be conducted to develop and revitalise capacities of the fishery law enforcement officers. The Order contains one attachment regarding the framework for developing capacities of the fisheries law enforcement unit, such as on identification of CITES and other prohibited species.
