Résumé: The present Ordinance implements the Federal Agriculture Act of 2008. In particular, the Ordinance regulates competences and measures concerning the control of fire blight in the principality of Liechtenstein. The spread of fire blight shall be stopped through precautionary and direct measures. The text consists of 16 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Organization and implementation (II); Provisions on implementation and administrative measures (III); Legal remedies and procedure (IV); Final provisions (V).
