The Regulations prescribe terms, conditions and rates of payments related to the cost of feed grain transportation and storage, made for the benefit of livestock feeders in Eastern Canada, British Columbia, the Yukon Territory and the Northwest Territories. The text – consisting of 11 sections – deal with the following matters: Designations, payments in respect of transportation, payments in respect of storage, records and conditions of payment.
