Résumé Article 11 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Import of breeding products (material) from countries that are not member states of the Eurasian Economic Union is carried out in the presence of a conclusion on the classification of farm animals and semen and embryos obtained from them as breeding products (material), issued by the federal executive body in charge of management in the field of livestock breeding, and the import of breeding products (material) from member states of the Eurasian Economic Union is carried out in accordance with the requirements established by the legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union, and in their absence - by the legislation of the Russian Federation.”. Article 23 establishes terms and conditions of the use of semen and embryos for breeding purposes in case of availability of pedigree certificates.
