Entry into force notes

This Federal Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.

Résumé

Item 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Basin administration of inland waterways in order to ensure safe navigation shall be responsible for: (a) navigational and hydrographic support of navigation; (b) maintenance of waterworks and passage of vessels through them; (c) regulation and monitoring of navigation; (d) state harbour inspection; and (e) state registration of vessels.”
