Résumé The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the transfer of competences to the Federal Consumer Protection and Food Security Office. Article 1 lists the power to transport to the European Commission, the competent authorities of other Member States of the European Union, the Food and Veterinary Office of the European Commission, the European Commission and the competent authorities of other Member States of the European Union or other Contracting States to the Agreement on the European Economic Area in the task related to: early warning system, duty to inform, exchange of information with a view to mineral waters, transmission of notifications and reports.
