Résumé

These Regulations introduce legal rights to seek a review of certain decisions of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in relation to payment of certain farm subsidies to holdings administered by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in accordance with the Integrated Administration and Control System Regulations 1993. Those decisions regard refusal, reduction or recovering, in whole or in part, of payments under an IACS Scheme (Community schemes set out in Article 1.1 of Council Regulation 3508/92) or under the Less Favoured Areas Compensatory Allowances Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001.
