"Farm produce sellers" includes both farm produce agents and farm produce merchants. For both activities a license is required (sects. 9-18). Section 19 concerns appeals against refusal to grant a license and other decisions by the Registrar. Sales of farm produce deemed to be on agency basis except in certain circumstances. Section 21 requires the farm produce agent to extent advice of sales to persons on behalf of a which the agent acts. The farm produce seller shall also forward a notice of purchase to persons from whom he has purchased the produce and to fulfill various other obligations.
