The present Regulations enter into force on 20 September 1992.
Résumé

The present Regulations are made under the Saskatchewan Farm Security Act which affords protection to farmers against loss of their farm land. In particular, the Regulations provide fo the correct and efficient enforcement of some provisions contained in the afore-mentioned Act, especially pertaining to financial issues. The text consists of 20 sections as follows: Title (1); Interpretation (2); Farmer (3); Lenders (4); Guide-lines for board (5); Eligible lenders (6); Financial assistance - farm land without reference to improvements (7); Lender cost (8); Market value (9); Net lease revenue (10); Deemed lease revenue - cultivated lands (11); Deemed lease revenue - grazing lands (12); Lease revenue per acre (13); Eligibility for financial assistance - Improvements (14); Financial assistance - improvements (15); Annual calculation of financial assistance (16); Duration of financial assistance (17); Payment of financial assistance (18); Section 27.9 exemptions modified (19); Forms prescribe (20).
