Résumé The purpose of these Rules is to ensure that dried fish maws intended for export are handled and processed at all stages of production, storage and transport under proper hygienic conditions so as to meet health requirements and standard specifications provided for in the text. "Dried fish maws" shall mean dried air bladder of the species of fish specified in the Rules. The Export Inspection Agency shall inspect the dried fish maws intended for export and if they should meet the requirements of the standard specifications stipulated in the export contract, the agency shall issue a certificate declaring the consignment as export worthy.
