Résumé This Executive Decree approves the Technical Regulation of Production and Certification of Legumes/Oil or Fibrous Seeds. The Regulation, consisting of 13 articles divided into three Chapters and completed by four Annexes, establishes Technical Regulation for the Production and Certification of Legumes/Oil or Fibrous Seeds, which applies to the production and certification of these seeds for commercialization, regulating the object, scope and conditions to be satisfied by the crops. This Regulation shall apply to the production and collection of Legumes/Oil or Fibrous Seeds to be authorized for the marketing of varieties of the following genera and species: a) Cotton Gossypium spp; b) Interspecific hybrids of cotton Gossypium hirsutum x Barbadian gossypium; c) Peanut-Arachis hypogaea L.; d) Cannabis sativa L; e) Sunflower-Helianthus annuus L; j) Soy-Glycine max (L.)
