Résumé This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries. This Regulation, consisting of 3 Chapters and 2 Annexes, establishes composition, functions, competencies and internal structure of the above mentioned Ministry’s General Secretariat, entitled: to design and implement measures aiming at promoting, in a permanent and systematic way, the improvement of the administrative organization and its services; to carry out functions to different ministerial organs, in administration, management, human resources, training, to coordinate and assist administrative activities, etc. Annexes list competencies and duties of the above mentioned General Secretariat.
