They implement Community legislation in this field. They shall not apply to activities in pursuit of the Union’s climate policy in accordance with Article 6(3) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, or activities in pursuit of the Union’s Common Agricultural Policy or the Union’s Common Fisheries Policy in accordance with Article 6(4) of that Regulation.
