Résumé

These Regulations amend the principal Regulations of 1984, so as to give effect to; (1) Commission Directive 86/174/EEC which lays down the method for calculating the energy content of poultry compounds; (2) Council Directive 90/44/EEC which further harmonises Council Directive 79/373/EEC on the marketing of compound feeds, in particular with regard to the provisions governing labelling requirements and the manner in which ingredients must be declared; (3) Commission Directive 91/334/EEC concerning categories of ingredients which may be used for the purposes of labelling compound feeds for pets; (4) Commission Directive 91/357/EEC concerning categories of ingredients which may be used for the purposes of labelling compound feeds for farm animals; (5) Commission Decision 91/516/EEC establishing a list of ingredients, whose use is prohibited in compound feeding stuffs; and (6) Council Directive 91/681/EEC concerning the marketing of compound feeding stuffs manufactured and labelled in accordance with the old rules.
