Karsten ex Farw., and against its spread within the Community. A person shall not introduce into the State, or move within the State, seeds of tomato, Lycopersicon lycopersicum (L.) Karsten ex Farw., unless they comply with the conditions of Commission Decision 2004/200/EC.
