The remaining provisions to commence 6 months on and from 1 September 2023. Résumé These Regulations prohibit the importation, manufacturing and distribution, supply and sales of single use plastic products, and impose penalty for the contravention to this prohibition. The provisions of this Regulations shall be enforced by the environment officers, customs officers, police officers, enforcement officers, authorised officers of the Solomon Islands Maritime Authority, and servants and agents in the Solomon Islands Ports Authority.
