They implement the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer of 1987 and as amended at London, Copenhagen and Vienna. From 1 January 2004 importation of new ODS and from 1 January 2007 use ODS or invest in projects using OSDS listed in the First and Second Schedule shall be banned altogether.
