A new comma (3) is inserted in regulation 1(2), providing that the forms set out in the Second Schedule (forms for a permit for importation or exportation of plant or animal species, a re-exportation certificate, introduction from the sea certificate or other certificate) shall apply in the case of all species, whether or not such species are under quotas determined pursuant to section 15(1)(f) of the Endangered Species (Protection, Conservation and Regulation of Trade) Act, 2000. The modified form of the First Schedule concerns and individual export quota certificate for conch and Strombus Gigas.
