The Order also exempts from the payment of a fee an application under article 19 for an import permit, export permit or re-export certificate if the Management Authority determines that the import, export or re-export of specimens of a species referred to in the application is likely to bring conservation benefits to the species. The fee for the application for a commercial licence may be reduced at certain conditions.
